Gunners top target N’Golo Kante has been told by boss Claudio Raineri that he will not prevent a big money move if the French International decides to join Arsenal next season.
After joining Leciester from Caen in Ligue 1 for a fee of just 8 million euros, Kante’s highly impressive run at Leicester has seen him gather interest from a number of top Premier League teams, with Arsenal leading the frontline.
The 25 year old has made 33 appearances for Leicester this season and recently won his first caps for France just last month.
Although Raineri certainly won’t want to see one of his crucial midfielders leave the foxes, he revealed that he never stands in the way of a player who wants to leave.
Kante told the media ‘At this moment I am focused on Leicester. We have to finish well this season but I don’t mind about (interest from) the other clubs’.
It is thought that Arsenal are monitoring his performances closely before the end of the season.
