Arsene Wenger has been told by the Arsenal board to spend big this summer as they allocate him with a £140million budget.
Reports suggest that Ozil has also urged Arsene Wenger to spend big particularly on a world class striker, and the Arsenal manager is finally listening.
The Frenchman has made Alvaro Morata his top summer striker target as he looks to rebuild the spine of the Arsenal team. Apparently Wenger looked to sign Morata two years ago, but has now been made aware that the 23 year old Spaniard could be back on the transfer market this summer.

As Arsene Wenger look to rebuild a stronger team, many Arsenal players will be leaving the Emirates to make way for the new gunners. It is thought that Thomas Rosicky, Mathieu Debuchy, Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini will all leaving the squad this summer. Whilst offers for Theo Walcott, Kieran Gibbs and Alex Oxlade Chamberlain will be taken into consideration.
